once upon a time, i decided to take a photography basics class.
in this class was a beautiful girl with the same desire to learn photography.
one day, this girl and i decided to start a conversation where we found a budding friendship.
many days later, she emails me to tell me she had one of the most amazing things happen to her in life - she became engaged to her love.
which leads to today. me displaying the love and laughter of this adorable couple.
and i wish them a life of happily ever afters!!

today, daniel and i had such the amazing honor of meeting the beautiful madelyn! her parents, josh & jess are such good friends of ours. we photographed their engagement session, wedding, maternity and today, we were able to visit their miracle and photograph her amazing-ness. i love the gerstmeyer's with everything in me. and i pray blessings and blessings upon their new addition to their family. :)

last week, daniel and i, had the amazing opportunity to do an engagement session for my cousin and his beautiful fiancee. here's a sneak peek at two of their pics and the way they were photographed. i love these shots... except for my fabulous outfit. ;) all that matters is how timeless rob & jess look!!! enjoy!

last week, i had one of the most amazing weeks of my life!! one of my most amazing bff's and i took a lil' roadtrip to new york to visit family, nyc & to top off all the fun, we were both involved in a wedding!!! :)
my good friend, jen, got married last weekend. i've known jen now for... 12 years!!!! it's hard to believe that we both went to high school together, graduated and now, we're both married!!! time flies.
even though i wasn't the official photographer, i had to bring my camera along and take some shots here and there of the bride and groom. i was able to sneak jen & andy away from the reception for a few lyrics shots. and they were super fun!!

jen - i hope your dominican republic honeymoon is amazing! thanks so much for allowing me to take part in such a special day in your life! being one of your bridesmaids was SO MUCH fun! love you dearly!

last weekend i was able to photograph one of my absolute good friends wedding.
kindra and i have known each other for quite some time now.
we've had hours of conversations and encouraging words when one of us was going through something or when the other just needed to blow off some steam.
she means the world to me. :)
so needless to say, i was pretty darn happy to be able to photograph such an important day in her life.
congratulations jason & kindra!! i pray this new chapter of life is full of love, laughter and amazing memories! love you!
